🚚 Courier Service & Delivery Times
We partner with Aramex Store-to-Door Courier to deliver your orders safely directly to your doorstep.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 9 to 12 business days.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Business Days: Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays).
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order has been packed and handed over to Aramex, you will receive a email/SMS notification containing your Aramex Tracking Number. You can track your parcel’s journey directly on the official Aramex portal.

While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the estimated 9 to 12 business days, delivery timelines are estimates provided by the courier service and are not strictly guaranteed.
Please note: We are not held liable for third-party shipping delays caused by courier operational delays, severe weather conditions, incorrect address details provided at checkout, or unforeseen transport disruptions once the parcel is handed over to Aramex. If your parcel experiences an unexpected delay, please contact Aramex directly with your tracking number, or reach out to our support team and we will happily assist in following up on your behalf.
